Jesper "Burma" Keis is the latest of our aggressive defensemen - his role model according to his biography, is Ole Bomber, whom he admire greatly both for his defensive eagerness and coffee drinking skills. Surely a strong signing from Coach, who snapped him from other interested clubs in Asia

Q: How long have you been in Bangkok, Thailand?
A: Since early 2001

Q: Why do you play football for the Vikings?
A: Because they are the best team in town!

Q: When did you first hear about the Vikings?
A: Around 1994 when I first arrived to play soccer and work in Asia.

Q: What previous clubs have you played for (kindly list)?
A: Stensballe (Denmark), Aarhus Studenterklub (Denmark), Saigon Saints (Vietnam), Saigon Raiders (Vietnam - Bossman free transfer), J-Stars (Burma), Rangoon Radicals (Burma - founder of team),

Q: Do you expect to score goals next season (if yes, how many?)
A: If coach will move me to midfield, I will score at least three goals!

Q: Do you do other sports activities?
A: Golf, squash, and scuba if I am near the ocean.

Q: Which leg is your best, left or right?
A: I will say that my legs are equally good, but Palle will probably say my left is the best.

Q: What is your favorite club team?
A: My favorite team is Real Madrid - also before a monkey named David arrived. They play by far the most entertaining attack football.

Q: Who is the best football player in the world?
A: "Coach" if he reads this - otherwise it is Zidane.

Q: What is your best skill as a player?
A: I refuse to give up - then I would rather die!

Q: How do you intend to impress your coach this year?
A: I intend to loose a few pounds, so that coach will move me to a left midfield position. I used to play this succesfully in Vietnam and Burma.

Q: What do you think other think is your best skill as a player?
A: I try to cool down Michael "F...... ref" Nielsen from getting too many yellow and red cards, so that we can maintain the famous "Ekamain E-Chain" through entire 90 minutes each game!

Q: What is your biggest blooper in a football match?

A: An own goal against Braedstrup some 28 years ago.
